Structure of TL 9000 standard |

of Book1 and Book2. Book1
is requirements of quality
system, which included requirements
of ISO 9001and Telecommunication
industries. Book2
is requirements for performance
measuring and it described
measuring method of performance
indicator, calculating method,
reporting method followed
by each products characteristics.
